HOW TO REGISTER A VEHICLE UNDER THE CONCESSION FOR CLASSICS SCHEME

1. Ensure you are a financial member of Series Land Rover Down Under Motor Club. Click here to become a member.

2. Applicants must submit a Concessions for Classics Scheme (Form E116 - see downloads below) for each vehicle they wish to apply the concession to, ensuring that the Motoring Club declaration has been completed by an authorised officer of Series Land Rover Down Under Motor Club. 

Send completed form to membership@serieslandroverdownunder.com, in which we will sign off and email back to you. 

3. Read, sign and date Series Land Rover Down Under Motor Club Constitution for Concession for Classics Scheme document. See downloads below. 

The Concessions for Classics Scheme is only available for licensed vehicles. If the vehicle is unlicensed refer to License a vehicle in Western Australia.

If the vehicle is currently licensed applications can be submitted to DoT via: 

• Email: concessions@transport.wa.gov.au
• Post: Vehicle Services (Concessions), Department of Transport, GPO Box R1290, PERTH WA 6844 
• In Person: At a Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) centre, DoT regional office or agent 

Series Land Rover Down Under Motor Club is required to:

• maintain a register of their financial members, and notify DoT of any changes to membership status;
• maintain a register of the vehicles owned by club members;
• maintain a register of approved club events, and
• notify the DoT should the club disband, or the Incorporation Status ceases.
